Prices:
2012/2013 Tariff per week:

July, August  €725
May, June, September  €525
Rest of year  €450
Christmas, New Year, Easter  €725

Rental tariffs for periods shorter than one week are available on request.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of 25% of full payment - with balance to be paid ten weeks prior to the letting period.

- electricity included

- central heating included

- for bookings of less than 6 days, there is a cleaning surcharge of  €60

Check in time Sat 4pm, checkout time Sat 10am.

1. Check Availability 2. Deposit 3. 10 weeks before arrival

Check availability calendar and then e-mail or phone us with your desired dates.

Your enquiry will be answered as soon as possible; confirming availability and giving payment instructions.

Please post a 25% deposit or full payment within 10 weeks.

This will be acknowledged by post and a final payment date given

 

 On receipt of final payment, you will receive the direction map and key pickup details.
